The Interactive learner Program is a series of games, interactive videos and software that covers the entire curriculum for primary and secondary level of education in Belize. We would also like to introduce the first of its kind, the Adventures of Fred Tapir. This is an animated 3-D World game in which the subject, Fred Tapir (a talking tapir and the national animal of Belize) travels around Belize. In the game he, meets new people, learn about their culture; learn English and other languages, conduct scientific experiments, open and conduct new businesses and the list goes on. Each adventure is an opportunity for your child to help Fred Tapir to save the day and make Belize a Better place.
The Interactive learner Program launches on February 13th 2012 for Primary Level students and September 30th 2012 for Secondary Level students. The program is internet based and you must have access to the internet to be able to use it. This feature allows us to update regularly. However, for technical reasons beyond our control we can only have 1,000 people using this program. We are pre-launching The Interactive Learner Program in order to have a selection process. The deadline to apply is January 31st 2012 for Primary Level students and September 13th 2012 for Secondary Level Students.
